Important! EVERYONE attending PRESENT Treasure Hunt working an Exhibit Table-Top or Workshop MUST REGISTER to ensure badges are available at check-in at the conference and also to reserve their hotel rooms. The registration process is quick and easy. Once you register, you will have the opportunity to add additional people and book their rooms in a single process. The room rate is $249 per night plus 16.2% Hotel Tax and Breakfast. Complimentary Guestroom Wireless Internet and a Discount Daily Facility Fee of $15.

Hotel reservations must be received on or before 5:00 PM PST, Thursday, January 30, 2025. After this date, the Hotel will accept reservations at the Group rate based on a space-and-rate-available basis.

All shipped packages may NOT arrive any sooner than Wednesday, February 19th and should be addressed as shown above. Please label each box for your Table-Top or Workshop. Return shipments will be picked up in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, February 23rd. Please see the Box and Handling Form for applicable charges. You must schedule a pick-up with UPS or FedEx for Monday, February 24th.

Please remember to bring your FedEx / UPS labels, packing tape, and a scissors / case cutter with you.

PLEASE NOTE: The Box and Handling Form (CLICK HERE) must be completed and sent to the Hotel prior to arrival for package handling costs before boxes will be released.
